Crates 4 Newbies :D

INTRODUCTION

This was a requested release. We created a pack to help mappers. Whether you do not have the time, or the knowledge; this prefab may help any and all mappers! The pack includes four crates that are standard sizes.

CRATE SIZES

  • 32x32x32
  • 48x48x48
  • 64x64x64
  • 128x128x128

MOTIVATION

This is intended for mappers at a "beginner" skill level. I was thinking today when I first started learning how to map, and I could not align the textures to fit every side; it drove me crazy! I decided to make this pack to help mappers with four preset crate sizes. Enjoy!

    Just because you can do it, does not mean anyone can do it.

    Regardless of how simple this pack is, we only did it to help out the amateur mappers.

    We do any request that we can complete.

    No, not even a beginner would need this. This is just a simple cube, everyone can do this, even a person who's new to Hammer.

    My brother and I did this together, I just thought it would look awkward to have his name say Prefab too, but okay, I have fixed this.

    Pros:

    • Great idea!
    • Helps the community!
    • Aids mappers that are at a beginners level, and motivate them to map, and keep mapping.

    Cons:

    • I didn't release this when I thought of it!

    Notes:

    • I like the four sizes with the appropriate dimensions and texture, nice job brother!
