My first reskinned sleeve with no default shit Contains bump map it's supposed to be at least a bit realistic but it's most free head thinking

    I will answer to your questions briefly

    It don't look great. It's hardly up to my "standards" (lol i have standards) It's old and it sure ain't "properly" made.

    Improvements would be re-doing the entire thing (especially render)

    And i will make some new sleeve when i feel like it. And i should be an ass and say no because you use "plz"

    And as a last thing.

    Very detailed work mate, only critic would be the button the arm? It seems blurred/smudged into the sleeve itself, maybe if you add some depth to it with dodge/burn you can maybe lighten the main areas around it and have a very symetrical button shape formed. There really isn't any flaws in this skin at all, it's a beautiful piece of art work.

    Allright, let me try to relay my thoughts without hurting feelings ;)

    First off EVERYONE FORGET THE HANDS. THE HANDS ARE OT PART OF THIS SKIN. This is the sleeve only. The hand skins are completely separate skins which are NOT IN THIS PACK

    You have a very good start on the main texture. You definitely understand highlighting and shadowing well. I compliment you on that because it's something newer skinners often forget. So I was a bit surprised to find that for some reason you chose to "end" the sleeve before the actual edge of the sleeve on the model. Try not to be offended here - but it really makes an otherwise good job look very amateur and kinda crap. It greatly affected my rating. Not lining up the skin with the model is sometimes done to create an optical illusion but here it just does not flow well. Also you choose to add a material texture to the cloth that had a very pronounced pattern to it. I myself had tried this in the past and found out....... the model twisted the skin so much that any texture with a pattern of lines gets twisted all to hell and just looks funny. I ended up cutting out most of the cloth "texturizing" on my own sleeve skins because of this.

    Now this part is not really being critical, and did NOT figure into my rating, just future suggestions. The normal map is okay, there's nothing wrong with it. It serves it's purpose, although fairly generically. BUT it could be soooo much better. See all those folds and valleys you created on the main skin? Those folds and valleys should also be mirrored on the normal map to add much better visual effect and depth on the model. It's one thing to paint on a crease or rumple in the cloth; it's another to see a light source actually cause shadows because of it. As it is right now, your skin shows wrinkled and rumpled cloth but the normal maps shows a flat piece of cloth. Like I said it's not really critical thing, just something to think about in future skins. I myself overlooked for a long time until recently.
